Attendee Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before registering.

Organiser

Ventrata Open 2026 is organised by Ventrata Ltd, incorporated in England and Wales (Company No. 10485066) (“Ventrata”).

1. Invitation-Only Event

Ventrata Open is an invite-only event. Invitations are personal and non-transferable unless approved by Ventrata.

Submitting a registration request does not guarantee attendance. All registrations are subject to confirmation by Ventrata and venue capacity. Ventrata reserves the right to cancel or revoke registrations at its discretion.

2. Registration, Tickets & Substitutions

Attendance is subject to capacity and attendee prioritisation.

Where paid tickets apply, they are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.
Substitutions may be permitted up to a reasonable time before the Event, subject to approval.

If an attendee is confirmed to attend but is unable to do so, they must notify us by cancelling or updating their registration online, or by emailing open@ventrata.com, no later than 14 days prior to the Event.

Attendees who do not attend the Event and who have not cancelled in accordance with the above cancellation terms will be charged a no-show fee of EUR 500 (or the equivalent amount in their billing currency). This charge will be applied to the attendee’s company Ventrata invoice.

This policy allows us to manage venue capacity, catering, and logistics responsibly, and to make places available to other participants.

4. Code of Conduct & Admission

Attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully at all times. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

Ventrata may refuse admission or remove any attendee who breaches this standard, without refund.

5. Photography, Filming & Media

The Event will be photographed and recorded.

By attending, you acknowledge that your image, voice, name, and company name may appear in Event-related content and grant Ventrata permission to use such content for marketing, communications, and promotional purposes.

Requests to avoid identifiable close-up imagery must be submitted in advance to open@ventrata.com. While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate such requests, exclusion from wide or incidental footage cannot be guaranteed.

6. Recording & Social Sharing

All Event content, branding, recordings, and materials remain the property of Ventrata or its licensors.

Unauthorised commercial use, reproduction, or redistribution is prohibited.

8. Data Protection & Attendee Information

Personal data collected during registration will be processed in accordance with Ventrata’s Privacy Policy. By registering for the Event, you understand and agree that your attendee information (including name, job title, company, and business contact details) may be:

- shared with Event sponsors and partners for Event-related networking and follow-up;

- visible to other attendees via the official Event app; and

- used by Ventrata and its team for Event communications, relationship management, and relevant business follow-up.

Sponsors and partners act as independent data controllers for any communications they send. You may opt out of sponsor communications at any time in accordance with applicable law.

9. Health, Safety & Personal Property

Attendance is at your own risk. Attendees must comply with all health, safety, and security instructions.

Ventrata is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ventrata excludes liability for indirect or consequential losses.

Ventrata’s total liability in connection with the Event shall not exceed the amount paid for attendance.

11. Force Majeure

Ventrata is not liable for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including travel disruption, strikes, or government restrictions.To the extent permitted by law, Ventrata excludes liability for indirect or consequential losses.

Ventrata’s total liability in connection with the Event shall not exceed the amount paid for attendance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
